Creamy, yummy, colorful, fun...too bad we can't eat it! This is one of my many cupcake paintings that I have done. They sell quickly, so I made sure to photograph this one and put it up on my blog. With these paintings, I play with color. Reds and blues in unexpected places. Thanks for looking, now go raid the fridge!!!

My paintings are full of traditions. Sterling silver and the memories held within each piece, old glass jars bring back memories of my Grandparents farm, cattle and their classic expressions, and deserts from our favorite bakery in town are just a few of my very favorite things to paint.

This is a big one! 4 ft x 3 ft, oil on canvas. These two old Ball jars remind me of my grandparents farm. On the farm they had to keep things sealed...well sealed to keep the critters out! As a child, I was always frustrated and equally fascinated with Ball jars! They were so hard to open and close with my little fingers, but usually they were filled with something yummy, so the work was worth it!
